High-Intensity Boxing Circuit Training
Boxing circuit training will give you a high-intensity workout in our mixed class environment. This class will give you an excellent full body head to toe workout.
This HIT circuit class is designed for everyone from Beginners to Advanced no matter what your fitness level. The circuit session is fantastic for overall body conditioning and total cardio fitness.
The boxing circuit incorporates high-intensity exercises on the matted area mixed in with training on the bags and balls in rounds. High intensity punching out drills, focus pad work and sit up punching are included in the session to give you that real fitness buzz. Over time you will get very fit and tone up in our relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The training session is designed as a great workout that also allows you to go at your own pace when starting out and you will progress to build up your fitness levels to a very high standard.
* As well as your fitness improving, you will learn boxing skills and footwork and you will help your overall balance and coordination. Your confidence will grow and you will be able to socialize with like-minded individuals training at Tigersgym.
